Our director/operators experience dating back to 1984 began in a fitting and Welding apprenticeship and indentureship at New Zealand's heavy engineering leader Fitzroy engineering ltd  New Plymouth. Then continuing on from 1990 to 1992 in the Taranaki regions oil and gas offshore industry with exposure to coded structural and  Asme welding on the Maui gas development for Shell Todd. With the Dairy industry expansion through to the end of the 1990s and the demand for skilled stainless Tig welders , exposure to construction installation of food process and service process piping was also obtained. Early 2000s the North Island  maintenance/installation circuit as a Fitter/Welder ,  including  BHP NZ Steel , Pacific steel South Auckland , Ross Roofing NZ , Flotech NZ for overseas piping modifications on there in house packaged gas compressor units in Bangladesh.Rejoined the food processing stainless steel industry the mid 2000s subcontracting on projects for Nestle confectionery NZ  2 years , Villa Maria Wines , construction of the new estates storage tank facilities and process/refrigeration piping 3 years .

Relocated to Western Australia in 2007 , to be involved in such projects as the Boddington gold mine redevelopment as a structural Welder , Pluto gas development project in the North West shelf as a offshore welder for Woodside. 2009 to 2010 on the BHP Worsley Aluminium smelter stage 2 construction as a Pipefitter / Welder. Gorgon gas development project for Chevron as an offshore Welder was the last assignment worked in WA  prior to moving over to Brisbane in 2016 . Continued in oil and gas as a structural welder on the Inpex gas plant construction in the Northern territory till 2018 , before starting The WeldShack in 2019.
